For Corner Canyon alumni · the first six months & beyond

The road continues. So do we.

You left with more than a date on a calendar — you left with people, a plan, and the two tools that carry both: a planner for the days, and an app for the moments between them.

Paper remembers. The app responds.

Neither one is homework. Together they take about five minutes a day — a page in the morning and evening, one tap in between.

The planner · in your hands

The First Six Months

A 6×9 book built for exactly one stretch of road — your first 180 days home. Undated, so it starts whenever you do.

  • Two minutes on the worst day. Three short fields. Everything else is optional.
  • Never miss twice. A gap is a blank square, not a broken streak — there’s even a page for coming back.
  • Milestones at 30, 60, 90 & 180 — stop and see how far you’ve come.
The app · in your pocket

One Way

The living half — your daily check-in, your people, and help that answers at 2am. Private by default: your data belongs to you.

  • One-tap daily check-in. We keep it simple — every day counts.
  • Your Circle. Corner Canyon alumni only — wins, struggles, gratitude, all welcome.
  • 988 and a real person are never more than one tap away.
Inside the book

Pages that already know what the days feel like.

Every page earns its place — a morning intention, an honest evening line, a plan for the hard moments written while you’re clear-headed. These are real pages from your copy.

Common questions

Asked and answered.

Who can see what I write and post?
The planner is only ever yours — nothing in it syncs anywhere. In the app, your check-ins and journal are private by default; posts in the Circle are visible only to verified Corner Canyon alumni. You choose what, if anything, your care team can see — and you can change that choice any time.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The planner and the app are part of being a Corner Canyon alum — our way of staying with you after you leave.
I missed a week. Did I ruin it?
No. The book is built for exactly this — it’s undated, gaps are blank squares rather than broken streaks, and there’s a page called Coming Back that asks one question: “What’s true right now?” You don’t owe anyone the story of the days you missed. Open to today and begin again.
What happens after the six months?
The book hands the road to the app — your milestones keep going (one year, two years, and beyond), your Circle stays open, and everything you wrote stays yours to look back on.
What if I’m struggling right now?
Don’t wait for the app or the book. Call or text 988, text HOME to 741741, or call the SAMHSA helpline at 1-800-662-4357 — free, confidential, any hour. Then, when you’re through it, call one of your people. Reaching out isn’t weakness; it is the plan.
I’m a family member — is there something for me?
Yes. The app has a Family & Loved Ones space, and the planner’s "Who I call" pages work best when the people on them know they’re on them. If your person is a Corner Canyon alum, ask them to show you their page — being asked is half the support.
I lost my planner — can I get another?
Reach out to your Corner Canyon alumni coordinator — their card is on the inside cover of your planner — and we’ll get a fresh copy to you. Your app history carries your milestones in the meantime — nothing resets.
