For Wings Recovery alumni · Carlsbad, CA

The support goes home with you.

You did the work at Wings. oneway keeps you close to it: a daily check-in, a private Circle of Wings alumni, meetings near you, and help one tap away on a hard night.

Wings, after Wings

Keep the work going after the program.

Wings plans aftercare early, so follow-up care is in place when treatment ends. Wings offers its alumni oneway too, so the people and the practice you built stay one tap away.

Common questions

Asked and answered.

Who can see what I write and post?
In the app, your check-ins and journal are private by default. Posts in the Circle are visible only to verified Wings alumni. You choose what, if anything, your care team can see, and you can change that choice any time.
I missed a week. Did I ruin it?
No. Open the app, check in today, and pick it back up. You don’t owe anyone the story of the days you missed.
What if things get hard again?
In Wings’ words: “Setbacks happen, and they do not erase the work you have done.” If symptoms come back, call Wings admissions at (760) 388-6369, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. Their clinical assessment decides the right level of care.
What if I’m struggling right now?
Don’t wait for the app. Call or text 988, text HOME to 741741, or call the SAMHSA helpline at 1-800-662-4357. They’re free, confidential and there any hour. If you’re in danger right now, call 911. Then, when you’re through it, call one of your people. Reaching out isn’t weakness; it is the plan.
I’m a family member. Is there something for me?
Yes. The app has a Family & Loved Ones space. If your person is a Wings alum, ask them to show you the app. Being asked is half the support.
