This page is about our websites. How the oneway app handles your information is covered in the App Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Our websites don't use analytics, advertising or third-party trackers, and they set no cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domains. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes ordinary server logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and keep them secure.
One exception: the sample partner page is a demonstration page that uses call tracking (which may set cookies), shows a map loaded from OpenStreetMap (which receives your IP address when the map loads), and includes an example benefits-check form that sends nothing anywhere. It is labeled as a sample. Please don't enter real personal or insurance information there.
"Near me" on oneway.care: if you tap it, your browser asks whether to share your location. It's used only on your device to sort the directory by distance. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it isn't saved.
The app preview on oneway.care/facilities: the name, colors and logo you try out stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or saved.
When you follow a link to another site, such as the App Store, Google Play, SAMHSA's FindTreatment.gov, or a facility's own website, that site's own privacy practices apply.
What we collect in the app, who can see it, how long we keep it, and your rights to access, correct, export and delete it are all in the App Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: You → Delete my account. For anything else, including access or correction requests, email privacy@elev8.io.
Our websites are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The app is for adults; see the App Privacy Policy.
